Amy Peterson is a certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and a licensed massage therapist.
Amy has lived in Jacksonville FL for 9 years. Her hometown is Jesup, GA and has two little boys. Amy is currently attending the University of St. Augustine for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Amy has been a licensed massage therapist for 7 years. She used massage therapy to help her get through college and still practices today.
Amy's passion is to help people with their health and fitness goals. She knew she could really make a positive difference in people's lives. Amy is a firm believer that Exercise is Medicine. She is extremely motivated and hopes to pass that on to her clients.
Amy wants to improve the lives of Jacksonville residents. She is not selective about the clients she accepts into her training program and is qualified to work with high/medium/low risk clients. She admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous about of discipline, commitment and determination. But Amy's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and tailored just for you and your needs.
Amy is an accomplished NPC fitness athlete. She hopes to bring back fitness in the NPC.
Amy holds a bachelor's degree in Health Science from University of North Florida, in Jacksonville FL. She received her massage license form Heritage Institute of Jacksonville, FL. Amy is CPR certified and insured.
