Vital Personal Training is a mobile personal training company which can be conducted in your home, backyard, or at your place of work.If you prefer to train in a gym I also train with Power Challenge Fitness inside select Bailey's Power House Gyms, World Gym in Mandarin. I offer the following services:
- Full Health assessment: Body fat %, Target Heart Rate, target weight loss, muscular endurance, Amy's own fit test. FREE with package!

- 1 hour session-$45
- 10 sessions package-$400

- 2 people: single session-$25
- 2 people: 10 sessions- $225
